Job Description
We are seeking motivated and responsible Security Officers to join our team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and addressing incidents promptly and effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals new or with a background in security or law enforcement who are looking to contribute to a reputable organization that values integrity and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and identify any unusual activity
- Ensure compliance with established security protocols and safety guidelines
- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents
- Collaborate with team members and law enforcement as necessary to maintain safety
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, staff, and visitors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional security training or certification preferred
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred, but not mandatory open to attracting new talent
- Valid state security officer license or certification (or ability to obtain) D, G, TWIC
- Must pass a background check
