US Corrections is the largest provider of prisoner transportation and extradition services in the country. We employ more than 150 personnel, including specially trained extradition officers, logistics professionals, mechanics, training staff and trip planners. We operate a fleet of specially modified vehicles. We are currently accepting applications from qualified candidates that may have an interest in working as a prisoner transportation officer from our Melbourne, FL office.

· Responsible for fugitive extradition operations on behalf of law enforcement agencies

· We transport fugitives of all classification levels.

· Trips depart from the Melbourne, FL Office and return 3-5 days later

· This is an over-the-road position, you are not commuting to work daily

We have 6 openings for our Melbourne, FL office. Our upcoming Basic Extradition Officer Academy starts on May 2, 2022. It will continue for 2 full weeks. This academy will be held in Melbourne, FL. The company will book and pay for your flight and hotel for the academy. They will also provide transportation to/from the hotel and office.
